Waffles

On Thursday morning we both found ourselves waking up to a glorious mid-week day off. Obviously, this rare treat called for celebration!

What’s the perfect way to celebrate anything on a Thursday morning? Waffles and coffee, of course! We had Belgian waffles with banana and syrup at T’hooft in Bendigo, which is a lovely little place with good things to eat, awesome values and an adorable vintage caravan inside. What a happy way to start the day.

We hope you are finding lots of happy little moments to celebrate this weekend!

I think going out for breakfast is the best. Lunch and dinner are nice but there is something just really special about a nice breakfast… Maybe because most days it’s so rushed/forgotten?
